Our client is seeking a full time Chemistry Teacher, with the ability to teach to A-level and general science to GCSE to join them in September 2018.

The school is a successful partially selective comprehensive Academy which has achieved significant improvement at all key stages. This has been recognised by Ofsted, who visited the School in October 2017, which judged the school as being ‘good’ in every category. This outcome has been achieved within a much more rigorous and challenging inspection framework and reflects the hard work of the school community. There drive is to achieve excellence and on progress on this journey has been evidenced by improving upon their summer 2016 examination results. A level figures consistently show A*-A in excess of 30% and A*-B over 60%. The School is within the top 20% of post-16 institutions nationally for value-added (progress) performance. GCSE results are also strong. The School’s 5xA*-C figure is 87% with a Progress 8 score of 0.22. The School prides itself on being a high achieving school.
